This policy applies to most of our tours but is subject to some exceptions. If you request a date/time change, Pointours will attempt to honor your request; however, Pointours cannot guarantee date/time change requests as all requests and amendments are subject to availability.
Cancellations and Refunds:

Use of Vouchers:
You will receive a Pointours voucher for each booked visit.
You must present the original and authentic Pointours voucher at the beginning of your visit. Your booking will not be honored or exchanged without presenting a valid Pointours voucher.
Pointours vouchers are personal and non-transferable. They can only be used by the person whose name appears on the voucher.
Conditions of Use:
Pointours vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of their use for the booked services.
Vouchers must be used on the date and time indicated on the voucher. Any delay or failure to present the voucher may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
